Kate Beckett is working hard while she thinks Castle is having fun at his beach house. Maybe too much work is getting to her. She just needs a little bit of sleep. She certainly doesn't have Castle Syndrome. Or does she?

I suck at summaries. The story is better- I hope...

My general thoughts as to how I would have loved to have seen the ending extended by just a few minutes in the episode 3XK with Castle and Beckett. One-shot.

It's different when it happens right in front of you...close enough to watch the lights go out. Castle experiences this for himself when Beckett passes out after taking a bullet at the end of Knockout. What happens next? Caskett, of course. Spoilers through Knockout (3 x 24 ). 

A State of Emergency is called due to a large amount of snowfall in the New York City area. Cars are to be off the road, and people are urged to stay in their homes. Kate Beckett can't do that though as she's at Richard Castle's.

Takes off where Writer's Block ended.

This is how I would have written the season finale ending....

When Kate Beckett, Richard Castle, and the rest of the gang team up to investigate the death of a local contractor, the case turns out to be anything but simple. As events unfold, whoever thought that it would lead to something that could changet he rest of their lives. Follow our beloved characters through a story of suspense, comedy, and possibly...romance? 

Stop. Challenge time!
